The Professional Wedding Planners Conference is taking place at the Novotel Hotel in Downtown Toronto and is open to anyone who is involved or plans to be involved in the Wedding Industry.  Only those who are Pre-Registered will be able to attend.

* Everyone who has purchased a ticket for the conference is entered in to the draw for free Saturday night accommodation.  If you have already booked your hotel room, we will be paying your Saturday night bill including applicable taxes.  (Price value is $139 CAD + applicable taxes).

Registration:

The cost of the Conference is: $350

($300 each, if two or more people attend from the same company)

This includes:

Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation is made in writing more than 2 weeks before the Conference starts (February 23/08), a refund of the full amount, less a $50 Administration fee will be made.
If Cancellation is made in writing more than one week, but less than two weeks before the Conference starts (Feb 23/08), a refund of 50% will be made.
If Cancellation is made in writing less than a week before the start of the Conference (Feb 23/08), no refund will be made.
We reserve the right to change seminars if the need arises.
Delegate is responsible for their own transportation and accommodation.

Accommodations:


The Novotel Toronto Centre is a  historical, boutique hotel located in downtown Toronto, within walking distance of many attractions such as the Air Canada Centre, the Hockey Hall of Fame, Rogers Centre, the Harbourfront Centre, the Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence Market, Centre Island (ferry docks), the financial district and Union Station.

Hotel Rooms:
Novotel rooms provide modern comfort, a unique feeling of spaciousness and contemporary decor.  We have secured an unbelievable rate of $139/night for our Conference delegates.  Please quote "Wedding Planners Conference" when placing your reservation. (416) 367-8900  Rooms will be reserved at this rate until Thursday, January 24, 2008.

Facilities:
Indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, gym, restaurant, room service, banquet and meeting facilities. Public underground car park (charges apply) and public transport within walking distance.

DIRECTIONS

The Conference is being held at the Novotel Toronto Centre, at 45 The Esplanade, Toronto, Ontario.  Just south of Front Street, East on Yonge Street.

From the Airport or West of the city:  Take HWY 427 South, to the QEW/Gardiner Expressway travelling East.  Take the York St./Bay St./Yonge St. exit toward Yonge/Queens Quay, you will be on Harbour St, turn left onto Yonge Street.  Turn right on to The Esplanade.  Novotel hotel will be on your right.

From the East:  Take the Don Valley Parkway (DVP) South and continue on the Gardiner Expressway.  Take the Yonge St./Bay St./York St. exit onto Yonge St. North.  Turn right at The Esplanade, hotel will be on your right.
